- Career advice: Find something you enjoy doing, that gives you fulfillment, and make it your career.
Big Picture
- Essential business philosophy: Make a decision, right or wrong, but keep the ball rolling. If a mistake is made, take the opportunity to learn from it and keep it from happening again.
- Best way to keep a competitive edge: To see what others are doing and always try to be better than you were the day before.

Morris Hardwick Schneider and lemmondsDESIGN relocate to new office building
Charlotte Business Journal
The Clebourne Building welcomed two new tenants in August, law firm Morris Hardwick Schneider and creative marketing communications agency lemmondsDESIGN. The upscale professional building is located at 111 Clebourne Street in historic downtown Fort Mill.
Completed this spring, The Clebourne Building was developed by Conservation by Design (CbD) Development, a real estate and resort development company led by Pete Lang, retired attorney and native Fort Mill resident. Conservation by Design was the first company to occupy the building.
“The Clebourne Building is a major step in our revitalization efforts to reconstruct and beautify downtown Fort Mill. We are proud to invite these two businesses to this establishment,” said Pete Lang.
Morris Hardwick Schneider is an acclaimed real estate law firm dedicated to delivering superior customer service and quality legal service in a timely manner.
lemmondsDESIGN is a seasoned creative marketing services agency specializing in print and web communications and advertising strategies for businesses throughout the Charlotte region.
“lemmondsDESIGN is excited and honored to relocate our office to this beautiful facility,” said Chris Lemmonds, president and creative director of lemmondsDESIGN. “We are delighted to have taken this step to move our business forward, and to add to the vibrant businesses emerging in downtown Fort Mill.”
